What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
Formal wedding wear, often termed "black-tie optional" requires a polished, elegant look that is slightly less rigid than true black-tie. Guests should wear suits, and/or floor-length or, sophisticated midi-dresses, or fancy pantsuits. It is a step above cocktail attire and implies a high-level, evening, or luxury venue.
What will the weather be like this time of year?
September in coastal Rhode Island is characterized by warm, pleasant days and cool nights, with high temperatures ranging from the mid-70s°F early in the month to the upper 60s°F by month's end. So, you may want to bring a sweater or jacket.
Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?
We will not be having a ceremony but will be enjoying the reception at 150 Gray Street, Warwick, RI - Harbor Lights.
Will the reception be indoors or outdoors?
We will have a patio outside where you can mingle for the cocktail hour then inside for the reception in the Grand Ballroom.
Am I invited to the rehearsal dinner?
“Due to the space limitations of our venue, we unfortunately have to limit the rehearsal dinner guest list to those who will be playing a role in the ceremony. We apologize in advance to those who are not included.”
What time should I arrive?
The cocktail event starts at 6pm.
Where should guest park? Is parking free?
There is a very large parking lot in from of the venue.
are kids welcome?
“While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.”
Can I bring a plus one?
Yes, you can bring a plus one, please make sure to RSVP with a 1 or 2 on your invitation. We will need the final count by August 1st, 2026.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?
“Thank you in advance for sending your RSVP before August 1st, 2026. You can mail back the card enclosed in your invitation or simply RSVP right here on our wedding website.”
Is the reception locaiton wheelchair accessible?
There is an elevator at the venue.
Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?
Yes, we will be serving light passed hors d’oeuvres accompanied by an open bar. We invite you to toast to our nuptials with a curated selection of wine, beer and our signature cocktail.”
Will dinner be served at the reception? What kind of food?
We will be serving appetizers at the cocktail hour and a sit-down meal for dinner time. Beef - Chicken or Vegan
Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or specival diet options?
We will be offering these option if necessary, please let us know in your reply.
